Electrical connector technical conditions for the same specification of the mating contact parts made of different materials, different contact resistance evaluation indicators are specified. GJB101-86, the general specification for fast separation and environmentally resistant electrical connectors, requires a contact resistance of 1 mm diameter of the mating contact, copper alloy ≤ 5 mΩ, and ferroalloy ≤ 15 mΩ.
